Steel Concept Engineering Works began in 2006 with a simple, uncompromising belief: that every cut, weld, and finish should be right the first time. What started as a small fabrication shop under the hands-on leadership of founder Conrado “Dhing” Cataag has grown into a trusted engineering partner for contractors, developers, and industrial locators across the Philippines.
Today, SCEW operates three production lots of 400 square meters each, backed by a core team of direct-hired specialists and a contracted workforce of over one hundred skilled fabricators, welders, painters, and installers. Our own delivery fleet — trucks, L300, H100, and SUVs — keeps projects moving on schedule, from our Bulacan facility to sites nationwide.
We combine old-school accountability with modern fabrication discipline: measured drawings, controlled tolerances, documented surface preparation, and a finish standard that stands up to weather, traffic, and time. SCEW is best positioned to deliver products and contract projects on a turn-key basis — fabrication, delivery, and trade-qualified installation under one accountable team.
